Shopping for a car alone can sometimes be intimidating. Anthony was wonderful to work with. He took the time to review inventory, encourage test driving and experiencing the car by myself (due to covid), Anthony was wonderful to work with. I had a great experience overall at this dealership, but the only comments/issues were that 1) it took 3 hours which was surprisingly long, not sure if that is just the standard, as we were paying by check and 2) we found out the driver window has issues rolling up, after coming home. We wished it would have been serviced to not have the window issue, and we live in Los Angeles, so we will just have to fix it ourselves. The positive comments were that Brent was a really great rep, the car was cleaned impeccably, the paperwork was delivered in full. More

His attention to detail regarding my wants and needs for my purchase of an Audi for the first time was fan with the upmost car purchasing experience. His attention to detail regarding my wants and needs for my purchase of an Audi for the first time was fantastic. He delivered on what he promised and provided white glove customer service while I shopped for my Audi Q5 Quattro SUV. Fadi Houneini, the Sales Manager, and Lisa Norris, the Finance Manager, were outstanding in assisting me with the close out for the financing of my vehicle.
