mechanical issue My car started making a very loud squealing noise. I called the service department and got an appointed right away. I dropped the car off, got a loaner car and I was on my way.. The initial estimate to replace a faulty pcv valve was way higher than I expected. Because my car had just come off the mileage warranty the repairs were not going to be covered . Mark and Brett stepped up for me and were able to get a reduction on the repair bill. I was pretty pleased about that. More
