Service excellent EXPECTING A LOANER A DISAPPOINTING I pass all the Audi dealerships just to come to this one but today it was a different experience. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is the simple fact when I first made the a appt. I made it for after 11 along with a loaner. The C/S rep I spoke too on the phone informed me that it will be best to make a morning appt. to get a loaner so I did. I had alot of things I needed to take care of while I was out here and needed to get back up North for a appt. that I had. But to my disappointment when I got to Audi to get the loaner they did not have any loaners and the person at the loaner department informed me that it will be 45 mins. before one comes in. 45 mins pass then 50 mins. pass now due to the fact that I have to get back up North and they did not have a loaner I have to make another extra trip back down here. If I knew they wouldn't have a loaner I would of made a appt. to bring my car in on another day and on top of this knowing that I just got my car washed and waxed I informed them that the car doesn't need to get wash GUESS WHAT black marks when I open the door and water spots. More

In the 15 years (through other names) we've dealt with this Audi dealership, we have NEVER had a less than stellar service. As the other reviews have stated indicated with the service personnel, George Gushalak goes above and beyond what we've experienced with other marques service personnel. Personnel were polite and businesslike, but extremely busy, rep for my "appointment" was running late but ultimately did a good job on the estimate and finalizing of order. But next day I had to call in to find out whether the car was ready because the rep was out, and when I came to pick up the car, the bill that came out didn't correspond with what I agreed to the day before. Quickly corrected, but poor coordination. Earlier I had checked the website for the telephone number, and they had an option to text service. So I thought great, I'll just text question re whether car ready, save a call etc. The text was never answered (not just not answered quickly, but never answered at all). If you're going to tell customers to text, you need to have someone ready to respond. Kudos to the guy who seemed to be in charge, who saw me waiting to get checked out and came over and made sure I got to a rep asap. Finally, I'm clicking yes on the recommend because it's fine, but only because the review can't be submitted without a choice. I'm really agnostic on the recommendation. More

They gave us a loaner (hot A6) and even though their lounge was under construction there was still a place to sit, work and enjoy some pretty good coffee. All in all an excellent experience. More

Time for service IN for a 20,000 mile service at just over 16,000 miles. An added problem that has been checked before, and again they couldn't figure out what it was IN for a 20,000 mile service at just over 16,000 miles.
