Avoid This Dealership! Avoid this dealership at all costs. Every time I went to this dealership, they would tell me that loaner cars are subject to availability! Are you ki Avoid this dealership at all costs. Every time I went to this dealership, they would tell me that loaner cars are subject to availability! Are you kidding me? Just this last time, they made me wait over an hour becuase they had no cars. I became furstrated and immediately left the dealership. We have lives people, we can’t wait all day for you people to provide a loaner so people can get on with their lives! I’ve dropped like $2,000 at this dealership on repairs on a 2016 A6 and this is the best they can do! No excuses. Don’t let the free snacks and free coffee fool you, their customer service is a joke and over hyped. I’ll be calling Audi North America and complaining about my poor experience at this establishment! More

10K Maintenance I called the previous night and got an appointment for the following morning. I was happy with the exception it took 3 hours rather than 2. The dealership was modern and nicely laid out, and the cars are really first class. But the distinguishing aspect of the experience was Anthony Picozi our sales person. Anthony was professional, low key no pressure, very knowledgeable (I'm an engineer and gear head and he knew his stuff) and extremely helpful in all aspects of sourcing and purchasing the car we wanted. He also was able to point out ways for us to save money on the purchase which was very appreciated. He made the experience enjoyable rather than a dental exercise. Would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to understand what to purchase and finally carrying out the transaction. Rosalina Caballero in Finance was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with and made the actual transaction happen fast and without the usual pressure on add ons. She rounded out what was a good experience overall. More
