While I know that Audi vehicle repair costs has risen with the economy, I feel that my service advisor is careful to point out which things are urgent and those that can wait until the next scheduled service. Some businesses would simply tell you that all was urgent and safety related to get the work now. For this reason I trust the Audi team. Even though there is another dealership closer to my home, this is why I purchase and service my vehicles at Audi San Diego. I also had a moment to spend with the General Manager to discuss possibilities for my next purchase. This was very helpful in setting my sights for the right model and equipment. Everyone that I encountered at this store is very friendly and helpful. More

Way too overpriced. $100+ for labor that another place quoted at $30. That's a cheap example. And if your car is modded in any way, stay away from here. 35K Service for Q5 Things are pretty slow during the COVID-19 outbreak, with the Sales Dept shut down completely, but I was gratified that the Service Dept is up and run Things are pretty slow during the COVID-19 outbreak, with the Sales Dept shut down completely, but I was gratified that the Service Dept is up and running. Damien provided super service, being totally sensitive to the need for social distancing, and the entire dealership is demonstrating great care in disinfecting and sanitation. There was a recall service required on my vehicle, and they didn't have the part in stock, so I had to leave the vehicle overnight. But they offered a free loaner so no problem. They finished all the work early the next morning. They even fixed an annoying squeak in the steering column that I had neglected to point out when I dropped off the vehicle. Great job all around. Thanks. More
