Damien is our service manager, and as always this visit was top notch! This service appointment was quick, efficient and 100% satisfactory! My time was not valued; Fadi Houneini was rude Although I had an appointment with Fernando to test drive a CPO Audi, the car wasn't detailed when I arrived. It was, frankly, disgustingly dirty, fi Although I had an appointment with Fernando to test drive a CPO Audi, the car wasn't detailed when I arrived. It was, frankly, disgustingly dirty, filled with food, spilled coffee, and stains. I had driven a long distance to possibly buy the car and my time was clearly not valued. The worst experience was my conversation with Fadi (the manager) who rudely spoke over me and interrupted me until I told him that I was the customer and he needed to listen to me. He was incredibly rude and obviously did not care about my negative experience nor my wasted time. His tone was condescending and sexist. Fernando finally worked out the detailing and final price of the car and apologized for wasting my time. Joyce was professional and friendly. More

Damien is the best there is. Brought my R8 in to fix a nagging steering alignment issue. Damien quickly arranged for me to ride with one of the R8 mechanics (Jeremy) who was able Brought my R8 in to fix a nagging steering alignment issue. Damien quickly arranged for me to ride with one of the R8 mechanics (Jeremy) who was able to validate the problem. He set me up with a loaner and I was on my way. Car was fixed in 24 hours and returned to me. No hassle and the problem was correctly addressed. I work with Damien all the time for any issues on my R8. He is consistently professional, responsive, and courteous. Sets the bar for a service experience. Highly recommended. More
