Other than delay in getting to finance, great experience We were paying cash for this vehicle and decided and agreed on vehicle and price withing 30 minutes. It then took about 5 hours to get to meet with t We were paying cash for this vehicle and decided and agreed on vehicle and price withing 30 minutes. It then took about 5 hours to get to meet with the finance rep even though we were paying cash. This was extremely frustrating. The sales rep, Anthony, was great and allowed us to leave and Uber back when finance was ready, but when we returned, we then only had about 15-30 minutes before we had dinner reservations. The finance rep was extremely fast per our request, but because of the extreme delay and our upcoming reservation, she lost the opportunity to upsale us on any additional features and seemed very frustrated. I think this dealership should consider a faster way to process all cash sales. Maybe you could have the buyers fill out all information online prior to meeting with the finance rep to make it faster? More
