Great service for a great car This dealer’s service department just keeps getting better. Yes it cost me a lot this time, but it was unforeseen issues that was no ones fault. Plus I asked to have a couple of extra things done. All were done precisely and the A5 I love is better for it. They were able to provide a rental car while they identified the issue's with my br I had great communication from various people in the service dept. I was pleased they were able to fix the items and give me my car back as soon as they were resolved. Great work guys! I'm going to rate price as a 3 because I honestly don't know what the price is to fix breaks. More

Lousy diagnosis. Really unhappy with the whole experience. I made my reservation with the service desk weeks in advance and requested a loaner car. I also called in two days before the appointment to confirm a rental car would be available. I received a call the day before my appointment from the service advisor stating I would have a loaner. When my brother went to take my car in he was told he would need to wait an hour and a half for a loaner car - that’s ridiculous. Then, Audi wasn’t able to replicate the issue I took the car in for and my brother needed to come back and replicate it. Audi claims its an iPhone X issue and is pushing the problem on to me. Why not push it on to Apple, or the makers of your CarPlay? I purchased the car because of CarPlay (that was my deciding factor and a deal breaker). Now I don’t even drive the car, when people ask I just say Audi of San Diego can’t fix my CarPlay issue. How would you rate your service in my shoes? More

I am always impressed at how the people who work at Audi San Diego bend over backwards to make the service experience the best.
