He didn't do a hard sell, didn't try to push me to other cars and did a good job of convincing me to buy from their dealership while NOT trashing a rival dealership that had a similar vehicle. That's professionalism, and it's appreciated. Audi SS gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and they were very fair with my counter offer on the new one. It was pain-free transaction. I probably could have gotten the exact amount I wanted but things were handled so well that I didn't even push to counter again, nor did I feel like I'd somehow lost as a result. I owe a lot of this to Atanas' easygoing and transparent manner. I felt like I got a good deal, Sam in fiance was straightforward with terms, and I was in and outta there within 3 hours. After shopping around different Audi dealerships, I found Julian / Silver Spring to be most price competitive. We agreed to a price over the phone and after arriving at the dealership, everything went very smoothly. Financing with Prashant was quick and efficient. Had an issue and Evan corrected it fast I had an issue on my first service visit, After unsuccessfully trying to get it rectified I posted a bad review and within 3 or 4 hours I received a c I had an issue on my first service visit, After unsuccessfully trying to get it rectified I posted a bad review and within 3 or 4 hours I received a call from Evan the Service Manager. He apologized for the service I received and promised to correct it. He ordered the parts needed, got me in immediately after the parts came in and my car was fixed at no additional cost to me. This is a very nice dealership, very clean and all of the employees are friendly and professional. I will definitely return here for service and sales. Thanks Evan. More
