I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally address the concerns you raised regarding the recent service visit for your Audi. Upon reviewing your complaint thoroughly, we understand your frustration regarding the replacement of the pollen filter and scent cartridges. I want to assure you that we take all customer feedback seriously and strive to provide the highest level of service at all times. I'd like to shed some light on the nature of the service performed. When replacing the pollen filter on your specific car, it's important to note that there is an open-air inlet to the filter housing. While the filter itself was indeed replaced during your service visit, it's possible that small pollen remnants may have remained inside the housing. This is a common occurrence due to the design of the filtration system. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that the service performed was covered under your Audi Care prepaid maintenance plan. Our team adheres to Audi's standards and guidelines to ensure the quality and integrity of every service we provide. In regard to the scent cartridges, we have retained one of the old cartridges that were replaced during your visit this is the cool blue cartridge unfortunately you had 2 and one was thrown away due being broken. If you would like, we can arrange a time for you to inspect them and discuss any further concerns you may have. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.
