2 to 1 rating. ... I have owned 6 Audi's and have always had quality service. Not this time. Everyone has a bad day, but ...i tried to explain my issue dealing with ... I have owned 6 Audi's and have always had quality service. Not this time. Everyone has a bad day, but ...i tried to explain my issue dealing with my puddle lights. Told I never had them. I do not believe it was truly checked out, said it was an option on my 2023 S5. My one conversation I could not get a word in edge wise. Was told it would take 4 hours to service puddle lights. Then my car was returned and the hood was covered with a blue sprayed substance. Needless to say very disappointed. I take excellent care of my cars and my audi only is driven in good weather. Sad situation More
