Dropped off vehicle night before. I confirmed to service next day. Said it would be ready by end of day .Manager assured 10 am next day, part wasn't getting there in time. I took day I confirmed to service next day. Said it would be ready by end of day .Manager assured 10 am next day, part wasn't getting there in time. I took day off from work. I called at 10:20am, said service manager not in, would get back to me. While waiting, attempted to reach service manager I dealt with day before through number that texted me. No response. Called main number, they sent me to line of service manager on duty that day, left message. No response. It took over an hour to hear back from a receptionist that my vehicle was ready. Just felt like no follow through from day before and no one had any idea of what was going on with my vehicle. Had I not made the initial call, not sure what would of happened. Usually would not have been an issue, but as explained to service manager, I was taking the day off since I would need to take the vehicle to my son who is in college and get back my vehicle, that's when he assured me it would be ready by 10 am. I haven't had many dealings with this dealership so as of now I would recommend the service center due to the quality of work. More
