Showroom is very well designed and extremely roomy. There is plenty of space to highlight vehicles. There is abundant room in the lot and a great selection of Audis to inspect in a variety of colors. Audi Wyoming Valley has the best service team you could want. Brian and Joe are fantastic. Audi Wyoming Valley SALES DEPT is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with, and I have to say, this is definit want. Brian and Joe are fantastic. Audi Wyoming Valley SALES DEPT is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with, and I have to say, this is definitely a new phenomena at this dealership, as they used to be good. I spoke to Randy in sales, as our car was in bad shape and we needed a new one. I told him what I was looking for and we spoke a few times. The last time I spoke to him he said he was 'busy' and it was the 'end of the month,' and I should 'call him later next week.' In all my years of car buying I've never heard a salesperson say that. Most would drive 100 miles to your home for a deposit. Then, I went directly to the sales manager, Charlie McFadden. I told him they had a convertible on the showroom floor that I wanted to buy, and asked if credit for the sale go to one of the women who works at the front desk. This woman, for the last 17 years or so has been so kind and nice and helpful that I would have loved for her to get some credit. NO WAY, was the answer from the mighty sales manager. WOW. It didn't have to be paid in commission; they could have given her a bonus, etc. They didn't even need to wash the car before I picked it up. I gave this one last try. I went to see the car again and spoke to Joe in sales. He said hello while walking by me and stated 'I will get you a great deal on this car.' I said thanks. I went back that evening (a Friday) and saw Joe outside. I said, 'You said you'd get me a great deal on that car, so ok, lets do it.' He said he would call me the next day as the sales manager had gone home. We're about one month and fifteen days from the promised call back and I never heard from him ONCE. And of course, the car was sold, no doubt held for one of Charlie's (sales manager) friends. Take a look at WVM Audi inventory - only garbage no one wants to buy on the lot, most cars reserved for friends. PASS. I spoke to two Audi Dealerships afterward. I couldn't believe how friendly they were. If you need to buy a car, it's a HARD PASS on this place. And I hate to say that, because I've been a WVM customer since 1996. OH, and I meant to add - Charlie the sales manager came up with this great idea that if your Audi is out of warranty you no longer get a loaner car. This is a beauty and I'm not even sure it's legal as that was part of the deal when I bought my car. If you're buying a car there MAKE SURE you get in writing from this point on that you get a loaner even if you're out of warranty. What a joke. More
