Randy was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. This was my first new car buying experience and I felt confident that Randy would help me find the rig my questions without making me feel pressured. This was my first new car buying experience and I felt confident that Randy would help me find the right car and the right price for me. As a single woman, I am wary of high pressure salespeople and I did not want my lack of car buying experience to be an invitation for being taken advantage of. I got a fair price for my trade in and Randy helped guide me through all aspects of the sale. I love my new Audi and I highly recommend Randy to anyone who wants a highly knowledgeable, patient, salesman who you can trust with such an important purchase. Vroom vroom! More

I had such a great experience at Audi Wyoming Valley with Joseph Garcia. It was my first purchase of an Audi. I had no idea what I was missing! Not only did I end up with a car I absolutely love, but the ent Joseph Garcia. It was my first purchase of an Audi. I had no idea what I was missing! Not only did I end up with a car I absolutely love, but the entire transaction was so smooth. There was no pressure with Joe. Want a used A3? Great. A brand new Q5 Sportback? Great. There was no pressure either way. It came down to what I was comfortable with, what I wanted. He was there to facilitate and answer any questions that I had.
