Super flexible with his time and really supports customers all the way through the buy process. They got all paperwork together ahead of time and upon arriving, the process is easy and absolutely painless. There isn’t that hurry up and wait for finance to eventually get you into the office. The entire team here values the customers time and it is felt. I’ve also dealt with a lot of services and the Audi team over the years has always set the high bar. It’s a big reason I keep coming back. You’ll thank me and for those in the fence, consider the full ownership experience from the great vehicles but the total ownership experience at Wyoming valley easily makes the investment so worth it.
