He is incredibly knowledgeable of Audi products and Audi history. He took the time to get to know us and to understand what was important to us when choosing a vehicle. Troy in finance was very personable and transparent and worked with us to get the coverages we needed at a reasonable price. We felt overall we were treated honestly and with respect that we had not previously found elsewhere. A car purchase does not have to be a hostile interaction! I brought my car in because I thought it may have had a problem with the transmission. I felt it was sluggish. I was very friendly greeted by Brian and he assured me they would figure out what, if any, pro problem with the transmission. I felt it was sluggish. My car was very thoroughly looked at and it was fine. They did reset my transmission. I was kept aware of everything and was treated very well throughout.
