I had walked into the showroom not sure on whether I even wanted an Infiniti. Was looking at Lexus and other options. One look at the car and after an excellent 2.5 hour session with PJ Garcia who patiently wanted an Infiniti. Was looking at Lexus and other options. Worst experience I ever had. Had to drive 2 hours to see car. Dealership sold car while I was on the road, would not hold it for me after making a reservation. If he had called, I would told him coming for my reservation. Instead, he sent a test after I left home and didn't see it until I was heading back home.
