Nice and Easy After much searching online, this dealership showed up several times when looking for cars of interest so we decided to visit for an in person view of After much searching online, this dealership showed up several times when looking for cars of interest so we decided to visit for an in person view of the vehicles. From our first time stepping into the lot were happy to see an organized and professional looking building and setup. We had time to explore on our through the cars without being approached which whether by design or not was something we actually enjoyed. Victor Gonzalez was the first man to offer us assistance and was more than friendly throughout our entire process. Once given our purchasing parameters, Victor showed us around and described a few deals, all the while being friendly and easy to talk to. Auto City labeled all cars with relevant information on the windows in large, easy to read print so there was no confusing searches as we browsed. After deciding on a few worth test driving, the process to head was simple and any assistance to get a car out of a tight spot was available. As soon as I had driven and found the car I had immediately loved, the whole buying process and paperwork went without a hitch. Once again Victor was helpful and explained every step without any pressure after we had made our decisions. Overall the whole process left me with a great sense of excitement and I was so content with how relaxed Auto City Sales allowed the process to be. Excellent experience We had never heard of Auto City before our visit there but all of the 5 star reviews convinced us to give them a try. We were looking for a specific vehicle that was listed on their website at a great deal and he quickly got the keys for us so we could look at it and take it for a drive. Upon our return, he was busy with another customer so he introduced us to Tim who helped us through the buying process. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles in the past and this was by far the easiest and lowest stress experience of them all. Tim was outstanding and I would highly recommend auto city to anyone. All of the cars on the lot looked in great condition. I will be returning the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. PS: the next day, their master mechanic also took 30 minutes to go over some questions I had about the vehicle at no charge. Excellent service! More
