I still can’t believe it, I had prepared myself for an all day adventure of haggling with sales people and finance dept’s BUT NO. There was no haggling so there was no pressure and Jose Martinez in financing literaly took the time to find me the best rate and finace plan for me and my family. Don’t get me started with our sales rep. Obed Pizano, we had him running around showing us tons of cars. I kind of felt bad but, when your buying a car you want to try them all out to make sure you get what you really want. But Obed didn’t mind, he was all smiles and ready to show us more. My husband and I still can’t believe how easy and fast buying our new car was. This is how buying a car should be. I will definitley be telling my friends and family about Autocity. XTERRA WANTED Having contacted the dealer and requesting financing was near closing, so, I was not able to speak with them until the next day. I was contacted and although I had a hold on the vehicle, another buyer was there. I was not happy about that until they called me to tell me it was available for me to purchase. I went to the dealer with the proper paperwork and was done and in my new vehicle driving off in just over an hour. It was the easiest and best vehicle purchase I have ever been involved with. Extremely friendly folks that provided a super quick, hassle free experience. I highly recommend this dealership!!! More
