Casual Dealer Experience I was looking for a Toyota Tundra for a number of months. I found an ad on Cars.com for a vehicle over an hour from where I live which I would usually I was looking for a Toyota Tundra for a number of months. I found an ad on Cars.com for a vehicle over an hour from where I live which I would usually ignore. After reading the dealer reviews I decided I had to check it out. I made an appointment for a Saturday and went to check it out. I first met Chad who was great, and let me go look at the truck on my own with my friend. We took a test drive with Mike and he was very friendly and courteous. The truck was what I was looking for in the right price range. After deciding I was interested I showed Chad some concerns I had with the vehicle and he assured me he would take care of everything including the brakes.
