Bob offers these services at the dealership or somewhere nearby. I am a member and I live in Delaware driving 60 miles just for one of those features doesn't make sense for me. Bob assured me if I became a member I would still have access in DE. I needed an oil change he sent me to a Pep Boys near me and sent me a check for it, I needed a part for my Acura MDX Bob had it shipped to my house. The service they have at Auto Direct is great even for out of state buyers! More
