I have to say this has been one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had. I contacted the dealership when I saw the Nissan NV 200 online. I was immediately responded back to by Sean. I cannot say enough about how incredible Bob and Chad were in getting me a surprise Corvette for my wife! She found the color she liked online on a Saturday. I did some research on Sunday and realized it was a near-impossible color to find. I found one car that had the configuration she loved and it was at Auto Direct Cars and Corvettes. I called before work Monday morning at about 7:30am and fully expected to leave a voicemail, go several days without hearing anything back, and have to chase them down. But a guy with a New Jersey accent answered the phone and talked to me for a half hour. He was confident in his knowledge of Corvette, was organized, and by Wednesday night, the closed trailer pulled up in front of my house in Michigan and I surprised my wife with her early birthday present. She had no idea it was coming. Had Bob and Chad not been so professional, there's no way we could have pulled off the impossible. They handled logistics, registration, and all the details. The car was perfect. The experience was second to none. I have found the people I'll be buying our cars from. They are the epitome of best-in-world service. I came from Virginia, the car that I had been looking at was better than what Bob had told me on the phone. I came with a family member about an hour away. When we first arrived I was amazed at the beautiful cars. When I entered The Corvettes blew me away. I was greeted immediately with a polite hello. We shook hands had brief interactions about the corvettes. Then he showed us what we had came for. A beautiful Audi A8L! He allowed us to walk around and explore other cars as well. The Audi was gorgeous. The pictures were just like they were online and sitting inside of it was even better. Mr.Wolf assisted on our test drive. He was awesome. Well spoken and friendly with directions. When we returned we sat down to discuss the finally loose ends. We had pizza courtesy of bob. (it was great) in the end we did decided to buy the car, the whole staff from chad to Stacey is amazing! Everybody is friendly and genuine.
