Let me start by saying that I searched online for months through Carvana and Car Max because I didn’t want to deal with a dealership. It was like here is the car, this is the amount, and we are here to answer any questions. The price was more than fair, and I knew this since I had researched this specific vehicle for months. I live over three hrs away from their showroom. I left a message Sunday evening, and Robbie was the salesman that returned my call the next day. He made me so comfortable that I offered to send a wire within minutes of chatting with him. He told me to wait and let him check out the vehicle once again and give me an update on anything I might need to be aware of before driving three hrs one way to view and buy the truck. He called back within a few hours and gave me all the details. He also offered to have someone drive the car to me for a very low fee. I placed a deposit on Friday, and the truck was delivered to me Sat afternoon. Clean and with a full take of fuel.
