Purchased a 2019 BMW X3 in record time. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Auto Wholesale and it just gets better. The car was immaculate, I have looked around and could not find a bette second vehicle I have purchased from Auto Wholesale and it just gets better. The car was immaculate, I have looked around and could not find a better price on a 2019 X3. Brian Jones was great, friendly, professional and straight up to the point. He did not hesitate to give me the keys and take a test drive at my leisure. Pricing is straight forward and no pressure. Took about 5 minutes to ponder the deal and I was sold. They accepted my check and promised to hold it until money transfer was complete. The entire process from the time I pulled in until I left was probably 30-40 minutes! I have always hated the idea of buying a car, but the last 2 purchases have made me a total fan of the dealership and the people. By the way, the first car we purchased last year has been an absolute gem. More

We found the car lot and sales office very clean and organized. All the salesmen worked to together to help us during our visit. After we signed the papers and were ready to leave with our vehicle purch organized. All the salesmen worked to together to help us during our visit. After we signed the papers and were ready to leave with our vehicle purchased a strange buzzer started. Everyone tried to stop the annoying buzzer without success. Even though it was now our vehicle they were willing to take it back and return our car we traded in. They preferred to hire a driver to take the vehicle to the closest dealer for this car brand which was in Raleigh and hopefully the new car dealer could stop the buzzer. The driver left early the next morning and returned soon with the buzzer puzzle solved. Apparently the third-row seats must be either all the way up or all the way down to stop the buzzer. With the puzzle solved and a full tank of gas provided by Auto Wholesale we started for home in our new vehicle. The dealership went beyond expectations to satisfy our car shopping needs. More
