My husband and I purchased a 2020 gmc Acadia a few weeks ago and within a few days of having it we had to have service on it to replace a sensor already. Our salesperson Victor told us that we would be gett ago and within a few days of having it we had to have service on it to replace a sensor already. Our salesperson Victor told us that we would be getting a second key to the vehicle and that was in the purchase agreement, we also noticed a scratch on the back windshield glass & the backup camera has a film on it. Those were brought to Victor and the managers attention and my husband had to fill out paperwork about it to have it fixed. We have not heard from anyone at automax since then about the extra key or about the two issues with the car. I am very disappointed. I feel like they got their commission from the sale & could care less about the rest. I would like a manager to call me about this issues asap. More
