We have purchased 4 vehicles from Automax of Ocala and have referred others in the past. We recently purchased a 2026 Ram 1500. We got the vehicle home and noticed an odd spot. Upon further examination have referred others in the past. We recently purchased a 2026 Ram 1500. We got the vehicle home and noticed an odd spot. Upon further examination (crawling under the truck) we discovered it has been in a wreck. Nowhere at anytime was this disclosed to us. The repair was very obvious. Bolts missing and missing trim clips as well as spot welds not painted and rusting. The very next day we called and returned to Automax. They would not undo the deal, would not fix the problem, would not discuss even helping to pay for the damage to be repaired correctly. Because this damage involved the rear bumper, safety features also no longer work like blind spot warning, lane detection, and back up monitor. Days later they want to trade us into a different vehicle at our cost for tax, tag, and other dealer fees. Automax clearly does not value a multi repeat customer! The same way we refer customers to them, now we will make it known how they mishandled this issue. More

A few years back had a very bad experience with this place but after some friends raved about it decided to give it another look. They had the exact car I was looking for and the wheeling and dealing wa place but after some friends raved about it decided to give it another look.
