Austin was very through and patient. Kurt and mike on the finance side we’re both quick and efficient. I’d give the company 5/5 however, once I made it home I realized the truck has 3 different brand tires o finance side we’re both quick and efficient. Drove by dealership on Sunday afternoon and saw 08 Challenger SRT8 ....Came back on Tuesday and Austin met me in the parking lot he asked if he could help me and I said only if Challenger is still ava Challenger SRT8 ....Came back on Tuesday and Austin met me in the parking lot he asked if he could help me and I said only if Challenger is still available ....He gladly said let me get you in our system and let's go for a drive....After the drive I asked for a quote and was off to my bank..... Within two hours all paperwork was done and I was off in my Challenger...two days later had a transmission issue...Came and spoke with Austin after short drive he had me a loaner car and mine in service department..Next couple days Austin kept me informed on repair then when car was ready....Very good experience with Austin and service department.... .
