Had an oil change and tire rotation there. I told the serviceman to check all fluids. When I got home the radiator and windshield fluids were low, I have pictures. My brand new car had a deep scratch on the car door was made out as if it would be a simple fix. Bought the car on 9/5 was told someone would reach out to schedule. 9/14 I reached out trying to schedule th made out as if it would be a simple fix. Was giving 9/17 or 9/24 at 10:30. I told them I work Monday-Friday and this is an hour drive it is not possible. They offered a loaner car drop off 9/22 and pick up 9/24 the loaner car had 100 miles till empty so no gas in it. 9/24 called manager at 3:07 left a voicemail did not get a call back. Showed up and the scratch looks like it was filled with a sharpe marker. GM decided to argue with me over the entire situation. 4 hours of drive time later and $56,000 brand new car I’m beyond upset. Replaced my right rear tire blow out with only 272 miles on it for free because of the contract I paid for. Took a few days and had to wait an additional day due to the holiday because the service departmen on it for free because of the contract I paid for.
