I als brought to Ethan’s attention that my auto retailer had pointed out multiple defects in my wheels that were unrelated to wear and rear. My Service Advisor, Ethan Krysiak, Sales Advisor Renard LaSane & my BMW Genuis, Chris Buie examined the wheels and agreed that they did not meet the quality standards appropriate for the sale. After consultation with management, they agreed to refinish all four wheels less a discounted payment for recent curb rash damage. Excellent response and communication, great customer service Chris Clem is my service adviser at Autohaus BMW. Chris does an excellent job with keeping me informed about what is going on with my car and always Chris Clem is my service adviser at Autohaus BMW. Chris does an excellent job with keeping me informed about what is going on with my car and always responds very quickly. I have a older project car that I am working on restoring which means I am at the dealership a lot. Chris has been a great resource for help with what the car needs and what it doesn't need and I know that I can trust him. Last time I was in, my car had a squeaking noise that was hard to find. I swung by the dealership after a nearby lunch meeting and Chris personally took me down to the shop to look at the car together and he was actually the one that figured out the squeak. I later found out that he skipped his lunch to do this for me! Jessica at the cashiers desk also provides exceptional service. Jessica is always friendly and cheerful and puts a bright spot on my day. A month or so ago, I was supposed to pick my car up after work. My work day usually starts before 6:30 am and ends after 6:30 at night, so getting over to BMW while they are open can be difficult. I left work early on a Thursday which was the only day that week I could find time to get over to BMW, but I hit an accident on the way and I thought I was going to miss my window to get my car and would have to wait until the next week. When I got there at a little after closing time, I was upset to see all the lights off in the service area, but when I went inside, I found Jessica was waiting there for me with my paperwork ready! Lastly, Brett Midgley was the salesman who sold me my 2015 BMW M3 three years ago. Brett was great then - he was easy to talk to, VERY knowledgeable about the car, and helped me figure out what features to get and what not to get on the car. That really won my trust over when he talked me out of a feature I thought I wanted but turned out would have been a waste of money for me. He made the deal easy and comfortable. But it doesn't stop there, when I see Brett when I am at the dealership getting service, he still comes to talk to me and one time grabbed me and showed me an M4 GTS that they had in, a very rare care and a huge treat for me. I come to Autohaus for the personal touch and the extra level of service. They do a good job with my car and I will continue to come back. More
