Partway through the day Mike called to remind me that I was overdue for a Brake Fluid Flush. I really appreciated that because I like to keep my car in top condition. Unexpected warranty work! In rush hour traffic and my BMW 3series started running rough and the service engine light came on. Amanda made sure that everything was in the system so that when I arrived with my car it was a short and sweet process before I was out the door in a loaner. He gave me a better discount than the Illinois dealer I was talking to and gave me a good price for my used car. If I had one complaint that kept this dealership from getting a 5 star review, it would be with the finance manager, Todd. First, of course, he's trying to sell me on a paint and interior sealant, which I decline. Then he's trying to point me in the direction of getting a higher maintenance package that I don't need. I settle on the basic maintenance package for $600. When I sign the paperwork for the car, I see the maintenance package is listed for $940, I question him. He him-haws around for a bit. I told him I've done the research and I know it's only $600 and that I will walk away from this deal if it isn't corrected. Todd gets back into his computer and "wa-la", it's changed to $600. I did my research on 4 different SUVs and talked to people who owned them. So, do your research before you decide to buy. Overall, a great experience, but I may have overpaid if I didn't do my research or pay attention. More
