Always a Great Service experience with Chris Clem! While I'm sure other service advisors are good, I've been working with Chris exclusively for 4 years now and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Fortunately, Service Advisor Mike Crader saw it the same way and went to bat for me, authorizing the repair at zero cost. It's refreshing when someone says "yeah, that's not right" and takes care of the issue at hand, the kind of resolve that will keep me an Autohaus customer. More

Simple, easy, and convenient Bob Warner did a great job being a salesman. He brought out multiple cars for us to test drive and helped us find the exact car we want.
