Chris Was Great I came into pick up my title and have a Genius meting. Service Department Excellence Patti Kupfer assisted me with getting my X3 diagnosed and repaired after it had been in another shop for 7 weeks. She was professional, kind, and on Patti Kupfer assisted me with getting my X3 diagnosed and repaired after it had been in another shop for 7 weeks. She was professional, kind, and on top of everything. She got my car right in and her service manager had the car diagnosed in less than an hour. They had the problems fixed and the car back to me in 24 hours. What a great experience it was. They were honest and told me even though my car had high miles it was worth fixing. I will be a loyal customer because of the excellent service but also because Patti took the time to really listen to our problems with the car and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The young man that brought me my car was also very kind and made sure my car was clean and parked close. Great service from beginning to end. More

I owed more than my car than I was going to get for My experience with Dennis and the team that helped him put a deal together for me was oustanding. I owed more than my car than I was going to get for a trade in, but Dennis and his team worked hard to find a solution that would fit my budget and my wish list for a new car. Moving forward I decided to lease vs. buy so that I would not be in the same position that I was in this time. I did this to ensure the vehicle was going to be under warranty and also to never be upside down again. Dennis found a corporate loaner that had very low mileage and it was totally loaded. Not only was it a unique color, but it had all the bells and whistles on it too. I am happy to be a 3 time customer of Dennis and his team for both me and my wife. Exceptional Support and Service with Patti Kupfer I recently had to bring in our 5 series for a recall. I received a notice from BMW to contact my local dealer and set my appointment with Patti. From the first point of contact Patti was incredible. She setup the appointment for me, had a loaner car ready to go, contacted me on the update of the repair and was poised and ready to help in anyway possible. Every facet of the service experience is professional, smart, and efficient. Chris is sensitive to my time constraints and always takes care of me in a timely and efficient manner. I was recently involved in a minor, yet potentially serious accident to the undercarriage of my car. While drivable, I still had some fluid leakage plus other damage to the car. I left a message with Chris at night and by 7:30 the next morning he followed up with me, got my car up on the rack that afternoon, ordered my out-of-stock parts, and had me back in my vehicle by noon the next day. That was truly incredible service! More
