I called to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate my schedule which I was grateful for cause I know that it was short notice. I was surprised to be immediately greeted when I pulled into the service bay that day, as so many places nowadays you have to wait to even be seen. Greg came over and we discussed in detail what we were hearing and he was even able to begin to diagnose some possible causes for the noise. He followed up with me diligently about the status of the repairs and I felt like I was really in the drivers seat for making all the decisions. A couple of times when I called I also talked to Mike and he was even able to help me when Greg was out. They really acted like a seamless team. Even the porters who drove my car and gave it a fresh detail worked well together. In the end, there able to solve the noise and get me safely on the road for my trip. I was worried about purchasing a used BMW (never owned one before) but with service like this, I will be back for sure! More

He was deliberate, very communicative and honest about what they thought the problem with the engine faults were. They took a pragmatic approach to the issue, helpling manage cost associated with assesing the issue and not to too often typical, shot gun costly reaction. I'm a technically savvy person and appreciated the diagnostic approach to try and solve the problem in a measured manner. Ethan called me regularly to keep me informed of progress and what was unfortunately a costly repair needed in the end. I felt comfortable that the proposed solution was in fact what the car needed. The car was ready as expected and when I called to assess if they could also install a performance upgrade, they did so quickly and efficiently. Further, they were very fair about the cost overall, applying discounts available and frankly, not charging me for double labor. I am skeptical of auto service in general. I simply trust these people. More

He was able to let us know a car was coming in within a few more days that possibly would be a better fit for us, and that it was.
