I was able to drive the car myself with my own experience instead of having a sales person talking my ear off about all the features, where to turn etc. I was also never pressured to purchase the car, Brett was there to help and guide me through the process. He was able to let us know a car was coming in within a few more days that possibly would be a better fit for us, and that it was. Here are my highlights: -Allowing me to take the car myself for a drive -No pressure after taking the car for a drive -Communication on the new car coming in -Value -Service after the sale looks to be tremendous After sales service and experience were top notch as well. While most of those experiences have been professional and pleasant, I have a new favorite dealership and Sales person. Bob is very friendly and helpful! Not a hint of pushiness or arrogance. This dealership is over 2 hours from my home. So why do I pass-up the 3 BMW dealerships near my home? Autohaus attracted me as a customer because of their huge pre-owned inventory and fair prices. Smoothest car purchase I have ever made! This was an out-of-town purchase. Looking at used cars on a website can be tricky but the X5 we purchased was exactly as represented. Brett Midgley was extremely professional and completely accommodating to our needs. I was only in town for one day (Saturday) so it required getting everything knocked out in an afternoon.
