Excellent Service Experience I had been referred and had work done at a different BMW Service Center prior to this visit. The reason for this appointment? To have the "same" service performed on the same issue (grr!)...needless to say, I wasn't excited about this appointment. From the very beginning, the experience was totally different...I was welcomed upon arriving and began the check in immediately with Greg. He was knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease about having to bring my car in again. He also reviewed my car service history (as I recently purchased my car from a previous owner) and shared what I could have performed at the same time of the visit as Service was included (Wow! Great to know!). The repair and service was performed in a day - amazing (it took 4 days at the other location) and getting a loaner vehicle was just as convenient. I will definitely come back when I need another service appointment. True 5 Star experience all the way around! More
