Love Autohaus! Awesome dealership! I actually bought my car from a different dealership (which I really wasn't overly impressed with), but since Autohaus is actually Awesome dealership! I actually bought my car from a different dealership (which I really wasn't overly impressed with), but since Autohaus is actually a little closer to my house I've always taken my BMW there for maintenance and service. I have to say, this dealership has got it figured out! They're customer service is on point, they always seem to go above and beyond to make sure the customer feels taken care of. Greg took care of me on my most recent trip, man what a great guy! Can't thank you all enough for the work you do. If your sales department is even half as good as service, I definitely know where I'll be buying my cars from now on! More

It's like buying from a friend While I've purchased several cars from Brett, he treats me like a friend instead of a customer. He calls throughout the year just to see how I am do While I've purchased several cars from Brett, he treats me like a friend instead of a customer. He calls throughout the year just to see how I am doing - doesn't even ask if I'm in the market or ready to purchase. When it is time for that next car however, he is there for me - helping me with lease turn in, financing, and of course the actual purchase. The really cool thing? Brett tells me what he is making on the car! And yes, I don't expect him to sell me the car at cost and no, I don't expect him to sell me the car at MSRP - I want a fair deal with someone I know will be there for me if anything goes sideways. And that's Brett - someone you can trust, just like a true friend. I should add that I'm not even local to Brett - I make the 5 hour drive just to pick up my car - because of our relationship - something I wish more dealers would have respect for. Thanks Brett! Service 1st Choice: Chris Clem I am grateful for Chris Clem's professionalism, consistency and thoroughness. Many years ago, at least 4 if not more, Chris helped me with my old 5 I am grateful for Chris Clem's professionalism, consistency and thoroughness. Many years ago, at least 4 if not more, Chris helped me with my old 550 (purchased at Autohaus competition) that no other dealership could resolve. The dealer I purchased it from had treated me disrespectfully. Chris went out of his way to be professional and got my car fixed. He has been my "go to" since then. Of course I purchased my new BMW from Autohaus. Now my 2 year old 550 came up with a tricky troubleshooting issue and with some time and consistency he managed to resolve the issue. I knew he would. I will also add that I'm grateful Autohaus provides BMW loaners as its convenient and I'm in a BMW still! Thank you Chris and Autohaus BMW. More

Service Center I took my car in due to warning lights appearing. Not only was that problem taken care of, but since it is approaching the end of the CPO warranty, I took my car in due to warning lights appearing. Not only was that problem taken care of, but since it is approaching the end of the CPO warranty, they looked it over carefully and took care of a couple of small oil leaks I wasn't even aware of. More
