Excellent Service My service appointment at Autohaus was exceptional this morning. I was working with service advisor Patti Kupfer to identify a noise that had develop My service appointment at Autohaus was exceptional this morning. I was working with service advisor Patti Kupfer to identify a noise that had developed in my steering system. She called me prior to my visit this morning and asked if I wanted to continue with my appointment due to inclement weather. When I arrived I was met by Patti and the service team who were both professional and courteous. Patti assured me Autohaus technicians would identify and correct the problem and offered a loaner if my vehicle needed to be left overnight. Technicians quickly identified and corrected the problem with my vehicle while I waited in the customer lounge. Autohaus provides an extremely comfortable lounge with a large screen television, free wifi, free Starbucks coffee, tea and snacks. I have utilized two other BMW service departments in town and Autohaus is far superior. The service personnel are wonderful and Patti is a great asset for Autohaus. More
The very best service around! I have been going to Autohaus for my purchases and service for several years now. Prior to that, I used another dealership in town. There is no comp I have been going to Autohaus for my purchases and service for several years now. Prior to that, I used another dealership in town. There is no comparison at all. Autohaus has better prices on new and used inventory and their service is exceptional. I typically use Linda in the Service Dept, and she is wonderful! She's very diligent in making sure I'm getting all of the service benefits available to me, not only those I know about or ask for. My car is about to run out of warranty, and she made sure my car received as much preventative care as possible while it was still covered by warranty. She's very friendly and makes you feel like family. They make it very easy to do business with them. More

John is not only knowledgeable but professional in every way John's experience and low key demeanor allowed me to make a thoughtful and educated decision on my vehicle purchase. I didn't feel he was pushing me in any direction but rather allowing me to come to the right decision for me on my own .....this decision would need to meet my requirements and still be a fun car to drive. bad experience Car was towed to dealership to have a water pump replaced. I informed the dealership that I was unable to pick up car for about two weeks because I w Car was towed to dealership to have a water pump replaced. I informed the dealership that I was unable to pick up car for about two weeks because I was out of town. I never received a phone call to let me know the status of the car repairs and when I tried to contact service department I could never get through to anybody two days in a row and finally asked to be transferred to cashier to see if a bill was prepared for my car. This is how I found out that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. During the two times I tried to call the dealership I was put on hold while the phone rang to the service department once for over 15 minutes until I was connected to service writers answering machine. Left a message but did not get a call back. Second day after several minutes, more than 5, I asked to be transferred to cashiers. I was delivered to dealership to pick up car, paid cashier, car was brought around for me to drive back to my home 80 miles away. When I got in car and started it, engine warning light when on immediately, cooling fan began racing and another warning light was on. I hadn't left dealership parking lot yet. I drove into service garage and eventually talked with the service writer, Greg who was very nice, was given a loaner to leave dealership. Within an hour, I was called by Greg to let me know the car was fixed. It turned out that the battery was low possibly due to sitting for the approx. two weeks at dealership. How car got from where it was stored to where I was to pick it up on the lot without someone noticing the obvious problems is interesting. My first service writer was Mike. He's the one who failed to return my message left or call just to let me know car was finished , etc. I wouldn't normally take such time to write this type of review but felt strongly enough about the very bad experience that I would hope that the management would work towards improvement. I am planning to purchase an X5 in the near future to replace a Mercedes SUV. I thought I knew where I would be purchasing it now not so sure. Respectfully Kevin More
