We were treated very well on our trade and the the vehicle we purchased. Once we got to the dealership, Bob had most of the paperwork started, showed us the 2012 X5, took us to the finance person (Rick) to complete the paperwork, then to the vehicle, and had all the options on the vehicle. We were out of the dealership in about an hour. This was the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. The way the deal was made and the speed of getting everything completed meant a lot to us. Also, everyone we spoke to on the day of our purchase was very polite, professional, and courtesious.
