Oil Service and Repair paint blemish. Within a week of taking possession of my new BMW I found a blemish in the paint. After receiving authorization, Victor arranged to have the blemish repaired when I brought the car in for its next service. I brought the car in for an oil service. Mike Crader arranged the oil service and paint repair in a timely and hospitable manner. He kept me informed during the process. A brand new loaner with less than 900 miles was supplied to me. My BMW was returned with the paint repaired and the oil service completed not only in a timely manner, but it was as clean and spotless as it was when first received it. More

Quick and simple We had been searching for a new X1 and found one on the Autohaus inventory that met most of our criteria (wanted black sapphire, got metallic grey). We were greeted very quickly by the used car manager, John Williams. He was very informative and helpful. Bob Dedert assisted throughout the process and ultimately delivered a near new 5 series BMW to us late that Friday afternoon. He could not have been more agreeable and helpful in seeing that we were cared for. I've bought many cars and I don't ever remember receiving the same level of care and professionalism that we experienced this week at Autohaus. My hats off to the organization. Even though we live in Roanoke Va, I foresee buying again from Autohaus. This is entirely due to the staff. The cars are great but as a former retail business owner, I know the customer can always find what he is looking for elsewhere and it's the staff that can make it special, so you look forward to returning.
