While I came in having done extensive research and knowing exactly the car I wanted, Bob took the time to answer all my questions and even arranged for an extended test drive to ensure the i3 range was sufficient for my everyday needs. Bob is a true professional and is very responsive over email which made the buying process hassle free and convenient. Once I was ready to proceed Bob got all the paperwork together and was waiting for me to sign and I was in and out in under an hour-a record for me. At one of our last visits (with Linda Schaefer in Service who is incredible), we realized that Bob Warner was with the sales department at Autohaus and decided to come back to him since he got us in our first BMW in 2006. Bob did not disappoint and was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful as we looked at new car options. We drove away in a 2015 X4 and are very pleased with the entire process! More

Renard inquired what type of vehicle we were interested in seeing. After attentively listening to us he searched his inventory and proceeded to show us the available vehicles. After a couple of test drives we selected our car and returned to his office to discuss price and the trade in value of our old car. This whole process was quick and stress free. When it came time to pick up our car, Renard was right there to make sure everything went smoothly and expertly explained all the features of our car. Renard made the car purchase experience pleasant and satisfying. When we are ready for another BMW we will certainly call Renard. My time spent at the shop was about 30 minutes at drop off and 10 minutes at pick up. More

He was great to work with, always responding promptly to any questions I found a slightly used 328i online and started communicating with Joe Bauer. He was great to work with, always responding promptly to any questions I had, and offering to stay late on the night we drove over 2 hours to test drive the vehicle. Joe was unavailable on the day we picked up the car, but he arranged it all so that Brett Midgley handled the final paperwork and the new car orientation session. Both Joe and Brett were excellent to work with. Rick Riccio handled the financing and he was also great to work with. He found a rate cheaper than what BMW was offering, and he made the paperwork very easy. Car buying isn't always pleasant, but this one was from beginning to end because of Joe, Brett, and Rick. I highly recommend this BMW dealership. More
