I have used Autohaus since my first 2002 in 1974, when virtually no one had even heard of BMW. I tried another local service dept. as a trial because the shop was closer to my work, and they left the cov virtually no one had even heard of BMW. Upon arrival, Linda S said that I was actually due for an oil change as well, so she set me up in a (very nice) loaner car, and then phoned the next morning when the car was ready! It was such a breath of fresh air to have my car ready promptly, BEFORE it was promised, and to have such an easy experience at a car dealership! Thanks Autohaus! More
