Mike Crader provided me a loaner vehicle and kept me updated by phone on the methodical troubleshooting results as his technicians discovered first electrical sensor errors as well as a dangerous headcover oil seal leak. Further investigation identified an additional oil leak on the front water pump housing. After confirming with me on work I wanted performed. All faults were repaired efficiently and quickly. Mike has been my go-to-guy at Autohaus since I have owned my 525i. I attribute the longevity of safe, efficient running of my vehicle for over 266,000 miles to Mikes attention to detail and professional management. Mike Crader and Service Team I have worked with Mike for years (yes, 1992 when I purchased my first 325i). Mike is a man of honor and integrity. I know I sometimes frustrate him I have worked with Mike for years (yes, 1992 when I purchased my first 325i). Mike is a man of honor and integrity. I know I sometimes frustrate him since I like to do a lot of things myself hands-on (not a normal thing for most BMW owners). Mike is a great guy and willing to share advice and tell me when I'm going astray. We haved shared car stories since we are both "Motorheads" and not just BMW. I think Autohaus has always been a high integrity dealership and they never cut corners. It is also great to see long term employees like Gerd Peterman and his son. That says a lot about the manner in which this dealership treats there employees. It is not a revolving door where you always see new faces coming and going. You see people with great knowledge and skills, willing to give the best advice. Mike Crader is one of the primary reasons I come to Autohaus...a truly fine gentleman! More

Worst service experience ever It started in trying to make the appointment for a recall. It took 2 calls, numerous cycles through an automated system and over 2 minutes total of r It started in trying to make the appointment for a recall. It took 2 calls, numerous cycles through an automated system and over 2 minutes total of ringing to actually get a service adviser on the line. After dropping off my car at 8:30 a.m. for a simple software update which should have only taken several hours, the dealer told me when I called to check that afternoon that they hadn't even brought my car in. They would need to keep it overnight. When I did not hear from them the next morning, I called only to find out that my car was ready. No call to inform me. When I arrived to pick up my car, they said they would bring it around, no different than any other dealer. Autohaus, however, did not bother to inform me when they brought the car up. When I discovered it sitting outside, I went out to leave and found the car locked. This then required them to hunt up my keys. When I climbed into the car, I fell into the seat. Both front seats were set to their lowest settings. All my presets were deleted and my cell phone Bluetooth connection was gone. All for a simple software update for engine lubrication. Audi, Jaguar, even Infiniti, showed me far better customer service than Autohaus. While I love the car, I will never buy from Autohaus in the future nor would I recommend them. More

FANTASTIC SERVICE While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel an While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service! More
