The system works great Got an email saying my car said it needed oil change. I was able to make the appointment easily on line at a time that worked for me. They were expecting me, I could wait and the car was done faster than the had allotted, waiting area is nice, with refreshments and internet so I could work. Beyond the oil change that was expected they offered to switch the wiper blades as those can be changed each year, I didn't know that. So it was a good experience. More

Kudos to Dan Wirick Service Advisor I have owned 6 BMWs and have loved them all. He has gone out of his way to sincerely make me a satisfied customer for over 6 years. He is the only reason I would come back and buy another car.
