I was disappointed that it took two days to get my oil changed and scheduled maintenance completed. The car went in on an airbag recall. While there, they inspected and reported on many other elements of the car’s condition. Sure, it tends to get work for them, but it also helps me keep my car in great inspected and reported on many other elements of the car’s condition. The service , which was my car's first oil change , and overall checking over the car was fine. But, I had to wait longer than expected. The car service was completed in an hour . Nice dealership. Linda S., a service writer, is the best! Car was delivered a day late, but Linda called and explained it was a billing issue. Loaner was ok, but I probably won’t do another. Dent, not detected pre-loaner by Linda or me, was awkward upon return. And now they make note of fuel level. Lexus dealer doesn’t do that. Price of repair was decreased by BMW “service special inspection” discount. Oil leak and diesel fuel filter was $400+. I trust Autohaus as long as Linda is there. Autohaus is still a very nice dealership that I would recommend. More
