I have been a service customer at Autohaus for several years and they have always been the very top for me. No matter what issue I bring them and sometimes I have brought issues very early or over a week years and they have always been the very top for me. No matter what issue I bring them and sometimes I have brought issues very early or over a weekend, they have consistently gone above and beyond in order to give me the best possible service. Beware! Unethical accounting practices here! They made a huge mistake when charging me. Instead of charging me $2k for repairs, they credited me. Complete incompetence. The comptroller was talking in a very nasty, condescending, and rude way to me so I called back yesterday to speak with the general manager Pam. Pam told me that she would look into giving me a discount on my service for the inconvenience, but would call me back Thursday morning (today) before anything happened. Pam never called back. Instead, I get a callback today from the nasty comptroller lady, not Pam. The comptroller lady (I think her name was Eleanor or Heather) was furious because she went to double-charge my card today and my bank didn't honor it. I told her that I usually keep my cards locked and I was waiting to hear back from Pam in the morning with the final total, who did not honor her word or bother to call me back. The comptroller lady then gets agitated and starts raising her voice and threatening that I have to unlock my card. I told her to stop speaking to me that way. I told her that they had made the mistake, not me, so do not speak to me in that manner. I told her that Pam was working on a discount and said that she would call me back with an update on the total charge. The comptroller lady claimed that she heard of no such discount from Pam. I directed the comptroller lady, to speak with the General Manager, Pam, so that they could get on the same page, then call me back when they have gotten their info straightened out. Pam or the nasty comptroller lady never called me back. Instead, they decided to CALL THE POLICE ON ME! They made FALSE STATEMENTS TO THE POLICE claiming that they couldn’t get in contact with me. I told the police the truth along with my documentation. Pam or the comptroller lady have still not called me back. I’m still trying to finish work and deal with this headache. SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS PLACE. If they did this to me, imagine what they would do to you and your money, and the stress that it would put on your family. No integrity, respect, or courtesy at this place. Take your money elsewhere, I know I will. More

Brad showed us an X5 while we waited for the service to be performed and was awesome. Highly recommend this dealership! We will buy from them again...maybe an X5 sooner than later? More
