Tom always goes above and beyond, which makes the car maintenance task as smooth as possible. When I call or text with a question or problem, he gets back to me with the answer-giving both reassurance and guidance. When my car is in for maintenance or with a problem he keeps me advised as to the progress. Plus, he lets me know ahead of time when my car will be due for some maintenance. He does this because he knows takes the time to know his customers and he knows that I am technologically challenged and don't know where to look in the car information system. In my 60+ years of driving, I have owned many cars and dealt with many dealerships. Autohaus on Edens and Ryan Mulhern, specifically, rank up there as one of my favorites. More
