This was my first experience with Autohaus on Edens Service. Overall, I would say the experience was solid and I would return. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my estimated time to completion was mi Service. Overall, I would say the experience was solid and I would return. While that piece is understandable, I was not notified that I would be without my vehicle one additional night until I called/texted the dealership at the end of the day (5:30p) to pick up my car. However, Ken agreed there was a lack of communication and addressed it by compensating me with a light discount on my purchased products and services. I liked Ken and would work with him again. The services performed were top notch and the car is running perfectly - as expected by taking the car to a Mercedes dealership. In sum, the experience was a very good one but could have been excellent had communication been more fluid. More

The staff was courteous and helpful but the diagnostics needs some improvement. They could not replicate symptoms but did not accept my photo proof of issue.
