I picked up my vehicle, paid, signed and drove off. I had to return as my check engine light immediately went off. I came back and was concerned the service dept didn’t catch it. I said no problem and I had to return as my check engine light immediately went off. I came back and was concerned the service dept didn’t catch it. I said no problem and I had a different service done. I was told that i couldn’t take advantage of an online promotion because they reopened the old ticket for a different service. Seems very lazy and management was unwilling to make things right according to advisor Simon. More

Overall Autohaus on Edens takes good care when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Even if you can't reach your designated service rep, there are others on the team that have helped me with my status inquiri to servicing my vehicle. Even if you can't reach your designated service rep, there are others on the team that have helped me with my status inquiries. My vehicle was in for a week, which seemed a bit long, but I can't necessarily blame Autohaus for supply chain issues that they don't control. They treat me well with loaners commensurate with my vehicle and I know they appreciate my business and are always trying hard to mitigate the unexpected when it comes to servicing. Knowing that Autohaus genuinely cares keeps me coming back when I need servicing for my vehicle. More
