On December 28, 2023, I purchased a brand new Ram 1500 from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The purchase was made late in the evening close to the company's closing time. They apologized for delivering from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The purchase was made late in the evening close to the company's closing time. They apologized for delivering a completely dirty truck that had been used by multiple people interested in buying it before me. Additionally, it had water spots and other marks, likely due to being exposed to Miami's rainy and foggy weather. A few days later, on January 6, 2024, I recorded a video and tried to contact my sales representative, Alejandro, who had provided excellent service during the purchase process, making it very easy for me. However, I was not successful. I called the dealer many times, but the individuals who answered did not assist me, seemingly because they knew it was a complaint. In particular, Ms. Ana Rios, if I remember correctly, put me on hold several times and did not make an effort to help me. I called to schedule the car wash owed to me and also address a strange sound coming from the brake pedal. After some time, following my negative review on your website, my representative Alejandro was able to contact me on February 16, 2024, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, February 17, 2024. Upon arriving at the dealership at exactly 11:20 AM, I waited a few minutes for Alejandro, who eventually arrived, took my keys, and took the car to service to check the brakes. About 30 minutes later, he returned and informed me that there was nothing to worry about; they had identified the brake problem and fixed it. He instructed me to wait a few more minutes for them to wash the car, and then I could leave peacefully, asking me to remove the negative review I had left, which I did without any problem, and then I waited. At 1:50 PM, I messaged Alejandro asking why the car wash was taking so long. He did not respond, and shortly after, they brought me the truck. Upon receiving the truck, I found it in possibly worse condition than when I left it. Supposedly, it had undergone detailing, but it was completely dirty, and worse still, they had not fixed the brake pedal as promised. I contacted Alejandro again, showed him the photos of the truck while I was still outside the dealer, and he apologized, asking me to wait for 2 or 3 weeks max as they would order the spare part from the dealer. He offered that when the part arrives, I should return to the dealer, which is exactly 54.6 miles from my home, and they would fix the truck and wash it again to ensure my satisfaction. Furthermore, on my way home, I realized that my SunPass was not in the car. Upon arriving home, I checked my SunPass account to review the tolls registered, and indeed, the last toll I passed through with the SunPass was on my way to the dealership. Since then, February 17, 2024, I have been trying to contact the dealer and have received no response. Therefore, I am forced to leave a negative review again so that all potential customers can be cautious. Days pass, and I continue to call Alejandro and the dealership seeking help but have found nothing. After many attempts, days after, I spoke with the representative Mark, who could not help me at all; he just put me on hold until the call ended. The same happened with Ms. Ana Rios or Reyes again, on March 4, 2024, who, after answering the phone in a very unprofessional manner, in Spanish, saying only "Hola," lied to me by claiming she was the store manager. I explained the entire problem I had, and she confessed that she was not the manager, asking me to hold again. Obviously, she put me on hold, and the call was cut off after a few seconds. I tried calling several more times; again, Ana answered the phone but no longer spoke or put me on hold; she simply put the phone down and left me waiting on the line while I could hear her laughing with her colleagues in the background. ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER. More
i got the car that’s the bare minimum of good i can say ,but other then that it was a downfall from there, and this is someone who has done business multiple times with aventure dodge purchased a ram 1500, ,but other then that it was a downfall from there, and this is someone who has done business multiple times with aventure dodge purchased a ram 1500, challenger, and way back a charger in the family household way back, it’s pretty disappointing to only be help in obtaining the vehicle but that’s it, i was aware the car was a loaner car it has almost 5k miles, smells like someone smoked inside was full of dog hairs in the rear seats, the sales person said oil change was done but oil percentage said other wise, took it upon my self to find out and to my conclusion the oil was darker then the plastic trims on the vehicle and filter look like it was the original filter never changed, needed also a new engine air filter and cabin air filter which helped with the smoke smell. also had a huge scratch on the front driver bumper like it hit another car but it wasn’t visible at the lot since the car was dirty. never received any help on how to set up low jack nor the dodge app which now says the car isn’t registered towards my name, it’s honestly pretty disappointing, i had a better experience optaining a kia which that should be concerning i expected american friendly sales person but i got the typical miami style, and can’t forget the maintenance plan chugged down my throat that’s design to detonate the engine only 1 oil change every 10-12k miles for 3 years yeah no i’ll take it to another dealer and actually maintain the engine correctly . really dissatisfied More
