He answered all my questions , was very patient with me. Made suggestions but never came on strong. I felt like he had my best interest at heart. When I picked up my car he gave me a visual walk through of the features & answered my questions . I was very grateful because I am a visual learner, I hate reading those car Manuel’s. Way too much info & I only want to know the important facts of operation. He even told me if I had any further questions to feel free to call anytime. Also advised me that he sets up all car maintenance check- ups too. He made the whole experience rather painless— as I said excellent experience.
